2025 Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
Full refunds, minus transaction fees, will be issued for cancellations made on or before December 31.
Cancellations made between January 1 and February 28 are eligible for an 85% refund, minus transaction fees.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after February 28 or once the season has started.

Requesting a Refund and Processing:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Please include the participant's name, division, and reason for the refund request.
Refund requests received after the season starts will not be considered.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used during the registration process.
Once the season has started on February 28, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances.
Exceptions:
In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, the Lake Samm Girls Lacrosse board may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that Lake Samm Girls Lacrosse cancels the program, a full refund, including transaction fees, will be issued to all registered participants.
