2025 Refund Policy



Refund Eligibility:

  • Full refunds, minus transaction fees, will be issued for cancellations made on or before December 31.

  • Cancellations made between January 1 and February 28 are eligible for an 85% refund, minus transaction fees.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after February 28 or once the season has started.

 Transaction Fees:

  • All refund amounts will be subject to deduction of transaction fees incurred during the initial registration.

 Requesting a Refund and Processing:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

  • Please include the participant's name, division, and reason for the refund request.

  • Refund requests received after the season starts will not be considered.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used during the registration process.

  • Once the season has started on February 28, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances.

 Exceptions:

  • In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, the Lake Samm Girls Lacrosse board may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

  • In the event that Lake Samm Girls Lacrosse cancels the program, a full refund, including transaction fees, will be issued to all registered participants.
